Update sound and audio drivers using Device Manger:

Step 1: Right click on This PC and select properties.

Step 2: Now on the right side pane ->select or click on device manger.

INFO: Device manager holds all drivers which are installed on your computer and mange your devices.

Step 3: Expand –>Sound Video an Game controllers.

Step 4: Select High definition audio device and right click on it ->Select properties.
