Solution 1: Force restart
- First turn off your MAC.

Solution 3: Restart your MAC in safe Mode
Step 1: Turn off your MAC.
Step 2: Press the power button to turn on your Mac.
Step 3: press and hold the shift key immediately after pressing the power button.
Step 4: You can see the apple logo on the screen don’t leave the shift key when you see the apple logo.
Step 5: Keep pressing the shift key until you see the login window and then enter the password to log in you may need to login twice if while Walt is turned on.
Solution 4: Reset SMC
If your Mac has non removable battery
Step 1: Shutdown your Mac by pressing the power button.
Step 2: But I said hold the shift + control + option + power button simultaneously.
