Fix Playstation PS4 Not Connection to WIFI

Restart your Router / Modem

Step 1: Go ahead and turn on your router / modem and unplug power cables from router and wait for 30 seconds.

Step 2: Now, after 30 seconds plug back power cables back and turn on router.

Once your modem/ router restarts go ahead and connect your Playstation 4 to your wifi and you will be connected without any issues.

Method 2: Change DNS Settings

Step 1: First of all you just need to do is go to the Settings menu on the ps4 and  go to the Networks and go to the set up internet connection.

Step 2: If you are using the Wi-Fi then you can use that and after that you just need to go to the custom and now select the Wi-Fi and after that you just need to add the password of your Wi-Fi and tap the ok.

Step 3: Now you need to go to the automatic IP address DHCP a host name do not specify DNS setting. You need to add the manual. Let me just show you how you can do that

Step 4: You just need to add 8.8.8 primary DNS

Step 5: Secondary DNS you just need to add the 8.8.4.4 and just tap the next button and after that automatic go mode to use and test internet connection.

Method 3: Factory Reset and Restore to Original Default Settings

Step 1: Now the last method that you can try is you just need to go to the settings menu on the ps4 and after that scroll down lost at the end of the ps4 and can see we have initialization just tap this button and restore default setting.

Step 2: Now, setting will restore your system settings and all of those stuff but it will definitely solve the problem of ps4 not connecting to wifi as it will restore network settings to its default.

Step 3: By restoring your ps4 it will fix all the problems of your network related issues but keep in mind  that you are restoring the ps4 so you might get a loss of your data and the virtual controller is also disconnected and when you’re destroying the ps4 you get a kind of interface.
