- To factory reset ps4 ->Go to Settings -> Initialisation -> Initialisation ps4 -> Choose Full and wait for ps4 to complete reset process.

Press and Hold Power Button
Step 1: Press and hold the power button and don’t let go these button until you hear 2 beep sounds.
Step 2: Once you hear 2 beep sounds then release these buttons.
Step 3: Now, plug in the controller using a usb cable.
Step 4: Press PS button on controller and a new menu will pop up.
Step 5: Choose option 6 -> Select initialize ps4 and confirm reset process on PS4.
That’s it, once you select initialize ps4, you need to wait until your ps4 completes the reset process and once reset process completes all your data will be wiped out and internal data, user data and everything will be erase and restores all ps4 settings back to its original default settings.
