Now Change HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE

Step 1: Now, expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE folder

Step 2: Expand Software folder

Step 3: Expand Microsoft 

Step 4: Now, scroll down and locate the policy folder and double click on it.

Step 5: Now, expand the default folder.

Step 6: Now, expand the ApplicationManagement folder.

Step 7: Now, click on AllowGameDVR folder -> On right side pane double click on value

Step 8: In here you need to change the value to 0 here and click ok and close all open files and registry editor.
