Disable Startup Program

Step 1: In windows search type in msconfig and open system configuration

Step 2: Click on Start up tab

Step 3: Click on Open task Manager

Step 4: Click on Startup tab -> Disable apps which you are not using, sometimes by default windows loads lots of apps in startup which makes this result in cpu and disk usage to 100 percent and your computer to respond slow.

Performance Monitor

Step 3: Click on ok.

Run Sfc Scan

Step 1: In windows search type in cmd and open command prompt and run it as administrator.

Step 2: In elevated command prompt cmd -> type in sfc /scannow and hit enter.

Step 3: Now, wait for the scan to complete.

Sfc scan will repair any corrupted files in windows and will fix them, once scan completes you need to restart your computer.
