Turn off Phone noise cancellation
Remove back case
Reset all settings
Clean the openings of your iPhone
Solution 1 : Turn OFF “ Phone Noise Cancellation”
Step 1: First, Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
Step 2: Then scroll down to “Accessibility” and tap it.
Step 3: Scroll down To “Audio/Visual” and tap it.
Step 4: Here turn off “Phone Noise Cancellation”.
Step 5: After that, restart your iPhone.
Step 6: Now the mic should work without any problem.
Solution 2 : Remove The Back Case
First, remove the back case from your iPhone. Because, the case may block the Microphone. So, don’t use the tight case and use the flexible one. Now the mic (without putting the case) should work fine on your iPhone.
Removing the case didn’t work out, remove the scratch cover/tempered glass from your iPhone and then check whether Mic is working or not.

Solution 3 :- Reset all settings
Step 1: First, launch Settings app on your iPhone.
Step 2: Here tap “General”.
Step 3: Then scroll down to “Reset” and tap it.
Step 4: Here tap “Reset All Settings”.
Step 5: Enter your Passcode and Screen Time Passcode if prompted.
Step 6: Then select “Reset All Settings” in the pop-up box.
Step 7: Again select “Reset All Settings” in the pop-up box to confirm.
Step 8: Wait until your iPhone restarts.
Step 9: Now check whether mic is working or not.
Solution 4 :- clean the openings on your iphone
Step 1: First, turn off your iPhone.
Step 2: Then take a ToothBrush and clean all openings (Top Speaker, Bottom Speaker, Charging Port, Bottom Microphone) on your iPhone using it.
Step 3: Make sure that there is nothing stuck in the charging port. You can use a toothpick to remove the dust/debris in the charging port.
Step 4: Now turn on your iPhone and check whether mic is working.
