Restart your iPhone First

Step 1: Open settings -> tap on general

Force Reset or Hard Restart

Press volume up button -> volume down button and now press hold the side button until you see apple logo and wait for your iPhone to turn restart.

Remove Back Case

You need to check your iPhone wireless charging is working or not by removing back case, sometimes back case may cause your iPhone not to charge when you are charging with wireless charging. Cool Down Your iPhone
