Solution 1 : Remove the back case  

  1. First, remove the back case from your iPhone.
  2. Wait for few seconds and then check whether touch screen is working or not .

Solution 2 : Force restart

  1. Press the volume up button and release it.
  2. Press the volume down button and release it.
  3. Hold down the side button until the apple logo appears.

Solution 3 : Cool down your iPhone

  1. If your iPhone is hot, touch screen will not work. So, let your iPhone cool down for 3-4 hours.
  2. Then check whether touch screen is working or not.

Solution 4 : Remove the tempered glass

  1. Remove the tempered glass from your iPhone. Because, it may block the screen.
  2. Now check whether touch screen is working properly or not.

Solution 5 : Update your iPhone in DFU/recovery mode

  1. Connect your computer to WiFi/ ethernet.
  2. Connect your iPhone to computer via USB cable.
  3. If you are using mac with macOS Catalina or later Finder. If you are using windows computer or Mac with macOS Mojave or earlier, launch iTunes.
  4. Click on your iPhone when it appears on the screen .
  5. Press the volume up button and release it.
  6. Press the volume down button and release it.
  7. Hold down the side button until the recovery mode screen appears. While holding side button, Apple logo appears. But, don’t leave the side button when you see the Apple logo; keep holding it until the recovery mode screen appears.
  8. Select “ update” in the pop-up menu. Now the computer will update Os without deleting any data.
  9. Wait until the update process is finished. This process will take more than 20 minutes.
  10. Then force restart (solution 1) your iPhone.

Solution 6 : Let your iPhone die

  1. Don’t use your iPhone until it dies even it takes 1 or 2 days.
  2. Then connect your iPhone to power adapter and turn it on.
  3. Now the touch screen should work properly on your iPhone.
