Solution 1 : Reset PRAM

Step 1: Fully shut down your Macbook and Reboot your Macbook and press and hold Command+Option+P+R before the gray screen appears. 

Step 2: Wait until you hear the reboot sound and release the keys and Let the system reboot normally. 

Once your macbook restarts go ahead and check whether your macbook trackpad is working or not if not jump to solution 2.

Solution 2 : Force Restart

Step 1: Press and Hold down the Power Button until your Mac turns off.      

Step 2: Close the lid of your MacBook.  

Step 3: Remove and Disconnect all external devices connected to your macbook like printers, scanners, harddrives, pendrives,USB hubs from your Mac.

Step 4: Now, press the Power Button to turn on your Mac and wait for your mac to restart and check with your trackpad and keyboard on mac it will start working fine.

Solution 3 : Select your Hard Disc and then restart your Mac.

Step 1: Go to the apple menu.

Step 2: Select “System Preferences” under Apple menu.

Step 3:  Click “Startup Disc”.

Step 4: Click the lock icon at the bottom-> left corner of the screen  and then enter your Administrator credentials.

Solution 4 :Turn off “Bluetooth“   

Step 1: Go to Apple menu.

Step 2: Select “System Preferences” under Apple menu.

Step 3: Click “Bluetooth”.   

Step 4: Click “Turn Bluetooth Off”.

Solution 5 : Turn off Force Click and  haptic Feedback

Step 1: go to Apple menu.

Step 2: Connect your Mac to the Power source.

Step 3: Remove the battery from your Mac. 

Step 4: Hold down the power button for 5 seconds .
