Step 1: Go to the home page and then navigate to “Apps icon” from the list of icons available.

Step 2:  Then go to Settings and click on “Settings”.

Step 3: Now from the list of options, scroll down to the option that says “Backup and Reset.”

Step 4: It will open the Backup and reset settings, from that select and click on “Network Setting Reset.”

Step 5:  Now at the bottom  there is a “Reset settings” option tap on it.

Step 6: Now enter your password /pass code/PIN/pattern and then tap on “Reset Settings.”
