Use Command Prompt Command

Step 1: Right click on windows start menu and select command prompt as administrator.

Step 2: In command prompt -> Execute this command ->  powershell and hit enter.

Step 3: Now, copy and paste this command -> Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”­} and hit enter.

Step 4: Wait for the command to execute and this will take 10 to 15 minutes depending up on your computer.

That;s it, once the command executes completely then go ahead and restart your computer and check with your search bar and start button will be working fine without any issues.

Check for Updates

If there is any update available then you need to go to windows update settings and check for any pending updates available and update your windows 10 to latest version.
