Stop Print Spooler 

Step 1: Open search menu -> type in cmd and run as administrator and if prompted select yes and allow to make changes.

Step 2: In windows command prompt -> type in net stop spooler and hit enter.

Step 3: Wait until print spooler service stopped successfully.

Once you stop print spooler service your printer will accept print commands.

Change Print Spooler settings from Automatic to Manual

Step 1: Type services in windows search menu and open windows services.

Step 2: Scroll down in service settings and find print spooler 

Step 3: Double click on print spooler and it will open up print spooler properties.

Step 4: Now, select startup type from automatic to manual and click on start service.

Step 5: Apply settings and close all open windows.

Now, try to give print commands to printer and it will accept print commands.
