When you login to your netflix account on your samsung tv, roku, sony tv or laptop or desktop or using mobile device if you are getting Usage limit, your account has exceeded the maximum number of requests at this time error then this is due to network connectivity or network related issues and you need to clear cookies and cache and then try to login to your netflix account. 

If too many requests are going to netflix account then your request will be exceeded when using netflix and sometimes, the network that you are connected to on your desktop or smart tv or mobile can send many requests and this can cause the issue.

This is network related issues, netflix cookies, cache or netflix account update related issues and you need to clear cache and cookies from your smart tv or mobile and update netflix to the latest version.

You need to update netflix to the latest version and clear the cache and cookies of your netflix account in a web browser and delete cookies.

Step 1: Open web browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge or Mozilla) or any browser and go to netflix official website and login with your details

Step 2: Navigate to this url here to clear cookies on Netflix

Once you clear cookies of netflix, then go ahead and check with your netflix account and see if your issue is resolved.

Usage limit, your account has exceeded 

On your mobile if you are getting Usage limit, your account has exceeded  error, then you need to clear cache and cookies and update netflix app to latest version.

Step 1: Open App store on your iphone or android 

Step 2: Search for netflix app and update netflix to the latest version.

After updating the netflix app to the latest version, you will not get usage limit error on netflix account.

Sign out of All Devices on Netflix

If you get Usage limit, your account has exceeded the maximum number of requests then you can try signing out of netflix from all devices and then change password and try to login to your netflix account, there may be requests exceeding from account as well sometimes.
