Check your internet cable

Check your internet cable, whether it is connected properly to WAN port of your router or not. whenever your cable is not connected to WAN port you may face the issue of Eero connected but no internet. Make sure your ethernet cable is attached properly or any damage in the patch cords. if it is damaged replace it with new cable.

Turnoff the Antivirus 

Main reason for no internet problem is that the antivirus program turn out. for this you can try temporarily disable protection and check for internet access. Try this method whenever internet  works when you can load your antivirus.

For this go to network settings and choose change adapter option

  2. And click on uncheck the driver of your antivirus

Restart Modem / Router

Restarting the modem will sometimes fix connectivity issues and improve your network functionality. For this, unplug your power cable from the modem and wait for 30 to 40 seconds in order to power cycle your modem. If you have any on/off switch, then switch it off and wait till  40 seconds before again turning it on.  At that time both Your LED on the Eero device and modem light will start blinking. Now wait till the blinking light will stop. Then try connecting it again.

If you think your connection is not secure and adequately powered on, then unplug and plug it again into the power port. Now wait for 2 to 3 minutes for the system full reboot backup. During this process, LED light shows a white colour and it takes a minute before starting and go back to broadcast. This process is completed only when you see the LED light stop blinking and return back to white colour.

Remove Eero device and add again

Step 1: Open the eero app and tap on eero device which you want to remove

Step 2: Click on advanced -> remove -> and remove eero device from the network.

Once you have remove / delete eero device from your network and setup eero again.

Contact ISP

Whenever you want to understand the problem clearly, it is better to contact your internet service provider, who will be aware of your network outage in the region or if there’s any changes required in settings. Whenever you tried all the solutions and fed up then call that technical support team.
