Method 2: Place Bluetooth Near By

Method 3: Keep Bluetooth Device in Pairing Mode

You need to keep bluetooth device in pairing mode and you need to grab the connected bleutooth device and press and hold power button for 5 or 10 seconds and keep it in pairing mode and then navigate to sony tv and connect bluetooth device to sony smart tv.

Method 4: Reset Bluetooth Device

Method 6: Reset Remote

If there is an issue with remote then this issue can happen sometimes and it is recommended to reset remote and take batteries out and insert them again.

Step 1: Pull out the batteries from the remote and insert it back again.

Step 2: Turn off your Bluetooth from Bluetooth settings and turn it on again.
