- To restore posts – videos – reels -> Tap on profile -> three dots -> Settings -> recently deleted -> tap on video or reel -> long press on the posts and select restore.

How Do you Recover a Permanently Deleted Instagram Account?
Step 1: Open your Instagram “ log in “ page
Step 2: Enter your “ login Credentials “ ( user name , password).
