There are two ways that you can find out malicious app which is showing ads by enabling dark mode and
Enable Dark Mode in My App
Step 1: Open Settings on your redmi mobile and Tap on Apps
Step 2: Tap on App Management and you will see all installed apps here but you will not be able to see malicious apps which is installed here normally as you are seeing now.
Step 3: To see malicious app installed, you need to enable Dark Mode on your mobile
Step 4: Now, you will be able to see app here with download apk or with any other name here.
Step 5: Simply Tap on the malicious app and then tap on clear storage first and clear data and clear all cache files and remove all your data and then uninstall app from your redmi device.

Enable Developer Option and Find Pop Up Malicious App
Step 1: Open Settings app and then Click on About Phone option
Step 2: Click on Version and Find build Number option and tap on build number 7 times and enable developer mode on your redmi mobile
Step 3: Now, Go to Settings and Additional settings and you will be able to see developer options here and open it.
Step 4: Now, Scroll down and Find Running Services option and click on it.
Step 5: Look for the app which is not having an icon here and simply tap on it.
