Clear Cookies and Cache

Go to Classic Gmail

Step 1: Firstly, open chrome or gmail and login

Step 2: Next on home page, tap on settings which is available on the top right corner

Step 3: Now tap on go back to classic gmail option

Step 4: After this the gmail will available in old classic gmail interface 

Step 5: Now again try sending the same message which was saved in draft

Disable Chrome Extension 

Sometimes third-party google chrome extension will also leads to this type of errors. So, try to disable chrome extensions

Step 1: Firstly, open chrome and tap on menu

Step 2: Now tap on more tools followed by extensions

Step 3: Next, select the extension which you want to disable and tap on small blue color switch to disable the extension

Reset Chrome 

In order to resolve the message could not be sent check your network and try again error, for this reset google chrome. By this resetting chrome you will delete recent cache data, browsing history and cookies.

Step 1: Firstly, go to menu followed by settings

Step 2: After that from left side tap ok menu icon and click reset and clean up under advanced settings
