Power Reset

Turn on amazon fire tv stick -> Unplug power cable of amazon fire tv and then wait for 60 seconds and plug it back again and check.

Free Up Internal Storage

If you are running out of storage on amazon fire tv stick, then apps will not install and you need to delete and uninstall apps which you are not using and go to storage and clear app cache and clear app all data and manage installed applications.

Step 1: Press home button on amazon fire tv stick remote.

Step 2: Press right arrow and go to settings

Step 3: Press down arrow and go to Applications

Step 4: Press down arrow and select Manage Installed Applications and  on right side you will see internal storage space and external storage space
