Check Smart Hub

Step 1: Make sure that is closed, as it can block various menu options when it open.

Step 2: You can di it by clicking the “back” or “return” button on your remote until your TV is taken back to previous screen.

Step 3: If your TV keyboard is still not available, Then check that your TV has been updated to latest firmware. If not updated, then update it.

Update Software
