Step 3: In registry editor -> on the right side pane -> Double click on HKEY_CURRENT_USER

Step  4: Now, expand software folder -> Microsoft -> windows

Step 5: Under windows -> Double click on CurrentVersion folder.

Step 6: Double click on Policies folder

Step 7: Now, highlight policies folder -> on the right side blank area and right click on it and select new -> DWORD 32 BIT value and name it as Explorer and hit enter.

Step 8: Once you create explorer folder double click on it and change the value data from 0 to 1

Enable Run Command in Windows 10

To enable run command you need to open registry editor again and navigate to the same folder path which you have disabled.

Step 1: HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> Microsoft -> Windows

Step 2: Expand CurrentVersion folder -> Policies

Step  3: In policies on the right side bar -> go ahead and change the value of explorer from 1 to 0 to enable run command in windows 10.

Or else you can just go ahead and delete the explorer folder as well.
