Boot in Safe Mode

How to enter in safe mode

Step 1: Click on the start button.

Step 2: Select settings.

Step 3: Click on update and security.

Step 4: Select recovery from the left pane.

Step 5: Go to advanced start up.

Step 6: Click re-start now.

Step 7: Select troubleshooter from the given option then click on advanced option.

Go to startup settings and  click on re-start.

Step 7: Once you re-start your computer , a list of options will come up.

Step 8: Choose 4 or F4 to start your computer in safe mode.

How to exit from the safe mode

Step 9: Type run from the search box and click on Application for the results.

Step 10: Type msconfig and click on ok.

Step 11: Go to the boot tab .

Step 12: Deselect or uncheck safe boot option mode  .

Step 13: Then restart your computer.

Turn off Touchpad and reboot

Step 1: Open control panel.

Step 2: Click on mouse.

Step 3: Click on device settings tab on mouse properties.

Step 4: Click on disable button to turn off the touchpad.

Step 5: Restart the system.

Step 6: Enable the button.

Step 7: Does this restore your Mouse.
