How to Fix Roku Remote not working or Not Pairing

  • To fix roku remote not working or not pairing -> Reset roku tv remote and power reset or hard reset your tv.
  • Remove batteries and restart your roku device and pair your roku remote.
  • Alternatively you can use the Roku remote control and download and install the Roku remote app on your android or iPhone.

Unplug Roku Device and Plug it Back and Pair Remote

Step 2: Take the batteries out from your roku remote

Step 3: Now ,you need to unplug roku device

Step 4: Insert and put back batteries back to roku remote.

Step 5: Now, plug back power cable to roku device and wait for your roku device to turn on.

Step 6: Once you see blue light blinking on your Roku remote and you tv turns on -> then go ahead and press pairing button at the back or roku remote will automatically pair when your roku turns on you can see a message “Roku enhanced remote pairing” and it  gets paired with less than minute.

Power Reset

Step 1: Unplug power cable from wall socket and wait for 30 seconds.

Step 2:

Now, plug back power cable back to wall socket and wait for roku device to turn on,

Step 3: Now, once your tv turns on then go ahead and pair your roku remote and roku remote will pair successfully.

Take out Batteries and Insert them Back

Step 1: Grab your remote and take your batteries out from roku remote

No Green Light on Roku remote while pairing
