Solution 1 :- Restart Your iPhone
Step 1: First, hold down the side button and either volume up/down button until the slide to power off screen appears.
Step 2: Then drag the slide to power off the slider to turn off your iphone.
Step 3: Wait for a few seconds and then turn on your iphone. To turn on your iphone, hold down the side button until the apple logo appears.
Solution 2 :- Remove the Case and Tempered Glass
Step 1: First, remove the back case from your iphone.
Step 2: Then remove the tempered glass.
Step 3: After that , take a soft cloth and wipe the screen.
Step 4: Then wait for about 5 minutes.
Step 5: Now the passcode should work on your iphone ( check without case and tempered glass).
Solution 3 :- Force Restart
Step 1: First press the volume up button and release it.
Step 2: Press the volume down button and release it.
Step 3: Hold down the side button until the apple logo appears.

Solution 4 :- Update your iPhone using computer
Step 1: First , connect your computer(mac/pac) to wifi/ethernet.
Step 2: If you are using a mac with macOS catalina or later, launch finder. If you are using windows computer or mac with macOS mojave or earlier, launch iTunes .
Step 3: Now connect your iphone to your computer.
Step 4: Then click on your iphone when it appears on the screen.
Step 5: After that, select “general”, tab.
Step 6: Then click “download and update”.
Step 7: Enter your passcode if asked. Your passcode may work while your iphone is connected with the computer.
Step 8: Then follow the on screen instructions to update your iphone.
Solution 5 :- Erase your iPhone
This procedure will erase all data from your iphone. So before doing this, make sure that you have a backup of your iphone. If you try this solution without backup, you will lose all data from your iphone.
Step 1: First, go into iCloud.com.
Step 2: Now enter your Apple id and password.
Step 3: Here select “find (my) iphone”.
Step 4: Then click “all devices” and select your iphone.
Step 5: After that , click “erase iphone”.
Step 6: Then follow the on screen instructions to erase your iphone.
Step 7: After that set up your iphone as new.
