First you need to force restart and remove tempered glass and force restart your iPhone 12 and update your iPhone using iTunes.

Solution 4 :- Update your iPhone using MacBook and iTunes or Computer
Step 1: First , connect your computer(mac) to wifi or ethernet.
Step 2: If you are using a mac with macOS Catalina or macOS Monterey or later, launch finder. If you are using windows computer or mac with macOS Mojave or earlier, launch iTunes.
Step 3: Now connect your iPhone to your computer.
Step 4: Then click on your iPhone when it appears on the screen.
Step 5: After that, select “general”, tab.
