Turn OFF Call Waiting

Step 1: Go to settings -> Tap on Phone

Step 2: Scroll down and tap on Call waiting option

Step 3: Toggle button next to call waiting and turn off call waiting.

Once you turn off call waiting then your issue of iPhone 13 pro or iPhone 12 not receiving calls or not getting incoming calls will be resolved.

Turn off Silent Unknown Callers

Step 1: Settings -> Phone

Step 2: Scroll down and tap on silent unknow callers

Step 1: Open settings

Eject and Reinsert Sim Card

Sometimes there may be an issue with sim card as well, so remove sim card and insert it again.

Step 1: Use sim ejector tool and eject sim card from your iPhone
