iMessage Not Verifying My Phone Number
You need to update iPhone to latest iOS version and turn off and turn on iMessages or facetime and Go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive. Tap your Apple ID, then tap Sign Out and turn off iMessage and turn it on and verify iMessage with phone number.

Solution 1: Reset Network Settings
Step 1: Open your Settings App on your iphone
Step 2: Scroll down the screen and Click on General then the General screen is displayed on the screen
Step 3: Scroll down the screen and Click on Reset option the Reset screen is shown
Step 4: Click on Reset Network Settings the enter passcode screen is displayed.
Step 5: Enter your Passcode then the popup is displayed on the screen.
Step 6: Again Click on Reset Network Settings
Solution 2: Turn on iMessage and Facetime
Step 1: Open Settings Menu on your iPhone then the Settings screen is displayed on the screen.
Step 2: Click on Messages icon, then the Messages screen is displayed
Step 3: Turn ON iMessage and Again Go back to the Settings Menu
Step 4: Click on the FaceTime option, then the FaceTime screen is displayed.
Step 5: Toggle oN the FaceTime.

Solution 3: Check Content and Privacy Restrictions
Step 1: Go to Settings Menu on your iPhone
Step 2: Click on Screen Time, then the Screen Time screen is shown
Step 3: Scroll down the screen and Click on Content & Privacy Restrictions then you’ll see Content and Privacy Restrictions screen.
Step 4: Click on Allowed Apps then the Allowed Apps list is displayed
Step 5: Turn off FaceTime then wait for a few seconds and again Turn it ON.
Solution 4: Set Date & Time Automatically.
Step 1: Open Settings icon on your iPhone
Step 2: Click on General option the General screen is displayed on the screen
Step 3: Click on Date & Time then the Date & Time screen is shown
Step 4: Turn on set automatically.
Solution 5: Restart your iPhone
Step 1: Open your Settings App on your iphone, then the Settings Menu is displayed on the Screen.
Step 2: Click on the General option, then the General screen is displayed on the screen
Step 3: Scroll down the Screen and Click on Shut Down option, then you will see a slider to slide power off screen.
Step 4: Move the slider on the slide to power off the Screen to Restart your device, then wait for a few seconds until the Apple logo appears on the screen.
Solution 6: Eject the Sim Card and Reinsert it.
Sometimes the sim slot and connector accumulates some dust causing the device not working properly.
Step 1: Power off your iphone
Step 2: After that you will find the small hole for the sim card tray
Step 3: Slide the removal tool into the hole and push until the tray pops out.
Step 4: Carefully Reinsert the Sim in the Slot and then push it into the phone.
