Update, Reinstall or Delete the App

Step 1: If you want to resolve the issue try to update the app.

Step 2: First go to app store.

Step 3: Now, click on update tab and find the application which you need to update.

Step 4: Then click on update.

Step 5: Go to home screen of iPad,  click and hold app icon till it jiggles.

Step 6: Click on x sign on top right corner of app.

Step 7: Next a pop up message will appear then click on delete.

Step 8: Now go to the App Store where you find the app. Reinstall it.

Erase All

Step 1: First open settings and go for the general.

Step 2: Next go to the reset option.

Step 3: Followed by all settings.

Step 4: Next enter your password.

Step 5: Then click on reset all settings.

Step 6: After that your iPhone will restart and reset it settings.
