- If you want to delete a User from PS5 -> Go to PS5 home screen -> Go to settings -> user and Account -> Console sharing and offline Play -> Click on Disable.
- Go to Settings -> User and Accounts -> from the list of users select the user and click on Delete and the user account will be deleted.

How to DEACTIVATE ALL Primary Accounts from PS5 on Mobile or Android or iPhone
Step 1: Login in to your Playstation Network and Click on your profile picture displayed on top of the screen
Step 2: Now click on Edit Profile and then click on three horizontal lines displayed on left side of the screen
Step 3: Now select Apparaatbeheer in the overige instellingen and click on PlayStation-consoles
Step 4: if you want to deactivate primary accounts on mobile you can click on Alle apparaten deactiveren then you can delete your accounts.
What happens if I delete my PS5 user?
