Why Does My Alexa Keep Saying it is Not Registered?

Make sure, you have updated your Alexa app to latest version and your device is uptodate, restart your router and this will resolve any network related issues like wifi disconnecting or wifi related issues.

Configure Alexa Again

One of the most common issue with Alexa is registration error or wifi network connectivity issues because incorrect installation. Before going depth into the topic, make sure your Alexa is correctly setup or not and follow the steps.

Step 1: Firstly, Download Alexa app to your phone 

Step 2: Now place your Alexa echo device in range and close to your router or modem (within the range of Wi-Fi connection)

Step 3: Next, Go to settings in Alexa app and Select Wi-Fi option

Step 4: Then choose Alexa device from the app and choose echo dot

Step 5: After that choose add Alexa device in the Wi-Fi network

Restart Your Modem
