Solution 1: Close WhatsApp and Re open it 

Step 1: Go to Home Screen swipe and pause in the middle.

Step 2: Press the Home button twice and you will see the recently opened Apps.

Step 3: Now swipe up WhatsApp preview to close it.

Solution 2: Restart your iPhone

Step 1: Open Settings App on your iPhone, then the Settings Menu is displayed on the screen

Step 2: Scroll down the screen -> Tap on General

Step 3: Now, click on Shut Down, the you will see slide to power off slider on the screen

Step 4: Drag the slide to power off slider to turn off iphone then wait for a few minutes and turn it back on.

Solution 3: Update your WhatsApp 

Step 1: Go to App Store app on your iphone then you will see a Search bar on the screen

Step 2: Click on Profile icon on the top right corner of the screen then the Account Menu is displayed on the screen.

Solution 4: Allow All Apps 

Step 1: Open Settings App on your iphone

Step 2: Scroll down the screen and Click on Screen Time then the Screen Time is displayed on the screen

Step 3: Scroll down and Click on Content & Privacy Restrictions then the Content and Privacy Restrictions Screen is shown

Step 4: Click on Content Restrictions then you will see the Content Restrictions Screen.

Step 5: Scroll down and Click on Apps options then the Apps screen is displayed.

Step 6: Select Allow All Apps.

Solution 5: Make Sure iOS is Up to Date 

Step 1: Go to Settings App on your iphone 

Step 2: Scroll down the screen and Click on the General option then the General option screen is displayed.

Step 3: Click on Software Update, if update is available then tap on Download and Install otherwise if your Software is Updated then it shows iOS is up to date on the screen.

Solution 6: Reset Network Settings

Step 1: Open your Settings App on your iphone

Step 2: Scroll down the screen and Click on General then the General screen is displayed on the screen

Step 3: Scroll down the screen and Click on Reset option the Reset screen is shown

Step 4: Click on Reset Network Settings the enter passcode screen is displayed.

Step 5: Enter your Passcode then the popup is displayed on the screen.

Step 6: Again Click on Reset Network Settings

Solution 7: Delete and ReInstall WhatsApp 

Note : Make sure to backup your data before reinstalling the app.

Step 1: Press and Hold the Whatsapp icon then the Quick Menu will Appears 

Step 2: Choose the Remove app then Remove “WhatsApp”?  Popup is displayed on the screen.

Step 3: Again Click on Delete App to confirm it .

Solution 8: Reset All Settings 

Step 1: Go to Setting App on your iPhone then the  Settings screen is displayed on the screen

Step 2: Scroll down the screen and Click on the General option, then the General screen is displayed.

Step 3: Click on Reset then the Reset screen is displayed on the screen.

Step 4: Click on Reset All settings option then enter passcode screen is displayed on the screen 

Step 5: Enter your Passcode, then again Tap on Reset All Settings to confirm this process.
