Restore Deleted Posts/images, reels on Instagram
This is the newest feature in an Instagram application and it allows the users to recover the posts including photos, videos , stories and many more.
The newest feature of instagram will be the same to apple users and it takes 30 days time to to get back recently deleted posts.
Step 1: Click on the “ profile tab “ from the bottom right corner.
Step 2: Next , click on “ three – line – icon “ in the top right corner.
Step 3: Choose “ settings “.
Step 4: Click on “ recently deleted “
Step 5: Choose a post /video/ story , then tap “ restore”.
Step 6: to restore delete posts -> select the video/ post and long press on the posts/image and click on restore. This is the way that you can restore your Instagram posts.

Step 1: Open your Instagram “ log in “ page
Step 2: Enter your “ login Credentials “ ( user name , password).
Step 3: Click on “ forget password” to restart your password.
Step 1: Click on photo , video , or stories you would like to delete or restore it.
Step 2: Tap the three dots icon in the top right corner
Step 3: Tap restore to profile.
Step 4: Or restore to restore content or delete it.
