Step 1: Open cmd and run as administrator

Step 2: Now type RD /s /q F:\$Recycle.Bin and hit enter.

Note: Make sure you are entering the directory drive which is corrupted on your windows 10. If recycle bin is corrupted with D drive enter d drive.

Step 3: Now your recycle bin folder will be reset on F drive successfully and will be created again.

Step 4: Now go ahead and restart your computer.

Step 5: Now try to empty recycle bin, it will not be showing any error like recycle bin is corrupted.

Step 5: Now navigate to the drive which says recycle bin corrupted for D drive.

Step 6: Open d drvie and you will be now seeing dollar sign recycle bin folder.

Step 7: Just go ahead->right click on it and delete the folder.

Step 8: Once you delete refresh the folder you will be seeing a new folder of recycle bin with dollar sign created automatically.

Once you delete dollar recycle bin folder from particular drive, you will not be facing any issues when emptying recycle bin.
