Hard Reset or Power Reset

Step 1: Turn on your insignia smart tv

Step 2: Now, unplug power cable of insignia smart tv and wait for 40 to 50 seconds

Clear Cache and Clear Data of Philo App

Step 1: Press Home button on insignia smart tv and Go to settings (on top right corner)

Step 2: In settings -> Navigate to Applications

Step 3: Go down and select Manage Applications and here all your installed apps will be listed.

Step 4: Select Philo App here and click on ok

Step 5: Now, select Clear data and select ok on your remote and confirm in pop up if received and clear philo app clear data.

Step 6: Now, select  clear cache and delete philo app cache and select ok.

Once you clear cache and clear all data of philo app on insignia smart tv, then your issue of philo app not working will be fixed.

Update Philo App

Step 1: Press home button and go to Apps section on top menu.

Step 2: Now, search for philo app and check for any new update is available.

Step 3: if new update is available then update philo app to new version.

Delete and Install Philo App

Step 1: Go to Settings on your insinga smart tv

Step 2: Now, go to Apps section and find philo app and then delete or uninstall philo from your insinga smart tv.

Step 3: Now, install philo app again and login with your philo app login details and your philo app will start working fine without any issues.
