You need to rescan your channels once again by going to -> Settings -> Channels -> Scan Channels and wait for your hisense smart tv to scan channels
Select Correct input source when selecting channels and select correct Antenna tv and check whether the cables are damaged or faulty.
Change the scan mode from advanced to full and select scan now and wait for the channels to scan on Hisense smart tv.

Change Scan Mode and Rescan Channels on Hisense Smart tv
Step 1: Go to settings
Step 2: Scroll down and Go to Channels.
Step 3: Here, Select Channels
Step 4: Now, on left side screen -> Change the scan mode from Advanced to Full
