Factory reset Insignia tv without using Remote

Step 5: Now, wait for the tv to boot in android recovery mode (same like when you are booting any android phone).

Step 6: Once you are in android recovery mode it will display several option like reboot system now, apply update from USB, wipe data / factory reset, wipe cache partition and etc.

Step 7: Now, press button and highlight wipe data / factor reset option.

Step 8: Press and hold the power button and don’t let go off power button until wipe data / factory reset option which is highlighted turns to green colour and let go the power button once you see green button.

Step 9: Now, you will be prompted for confirmation message go ahead and click the power button once and press and hold power button and wait for it to change colour of yes to green and let go of power button.

Step 10: Now, factory reset process will start and insignia tv factory will be done and once factory reset completes, on the bottom of your insignia smart tv screen it will display wipe data process complete 100%.

Step 11: Now you need to reboot your insignia smart tv and to do that go ahead and highlight the option reboot system now and press the power button and wait for the highlighted colour of reboot system option changes to green and let go power button.

That’s it, wait for your insignia tv to boot and once your insignia smart tv turns back then factory reset of insignia tv will be completed successfully and you need to start setup your insignia tv again by selecting language and follow on screen instructions to setup insignia tv.
