Instagram has a new feature called Quiet Mode and when you enable quiet mode, you will not receive any notification from anyone or if someone shares anything on Instagram and you will see in quiet mode next to your profile on your Instagram account.
Instead of using Quiet mode on Instagram, you can also pause all notification options and then select Notifications and select the time frame here for 15 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hour, 4 hours, 8 hours, a day etc.
