Solution 1 :- Disable The Back Tap Screenshot Feature And Restart It 

Sometimes Back Tap Screenshot feature will also cause the freezing problem. So, Disable that one and  check whether your problem is gone or not. Let’s see how to do that.

Step 1: Go to Settings.

Step 2: Scroll down and tap on Accessibility. 

Step 3: You can see the touch option, just give a click.

Step 4: After that you can see  the Back Tap option, tap that one.

Step 5: And here it will be given Double Tap for Spotlight and Triple Tap for Screenshot option.

 Step 6: You can go and Disable this feature, and check whether the problem is gone or not.

Step 7: So for that click on the Double Tap feature and give None. Again go back. 

Step 8: And tap on the Triple Tap feature. And give None. 

Step 9: After that, continuously Restart your iPhone.

Step 10: And check whether your problem is not.

Solution 2 :- Disable The Facebook Messenger App And Reinstall It 

Many iPhone users are facing this issue, especially the Facebook Messenger App. They have deleted facebook and have reinstalled it and that solves their problem. Let’s see how to do that.

First find the Facebook Messenger on your iPhone. And hold that Messenger App until you see the three options. You can see tha Remove App, just tap on that. And delete the app completely. Once after you have deleted that app, go back to the App store. And search for the Messenger app and tap on the Cloud icon to install it. So you will have to enter your Apple ID password.  When the installation is completed, open that app and take a screenshot. 

So after trying this solution, if still the problem exists and then you can try the suggestion to solve your problem. 

Suggestion 1 :- Check  Software Updates 

If you’re using the old version of iOS that also may be the reason for the problem. So see whether there is an update available. When it is available you have to tap on Install Now optio. And enter your Passcode. And you can download the update.  

Suggestion 2 :- Check Storage On Your iPhone 

If your iPhone has no space or almost full storage you can’t receive any photos or videos. That also might be the cause of the freezing problem while taking the screenshot on your iPhone. So, if there is no space, then free up the storage and check whether your freezing problem is solved or not.
