Solution 1 :- Force Close Apps
Step 1: If you are using iPhone X and later, swipe the screen up from the bottom and pause slightly in the middle of the screen. If you are using iPhone 8 and earlier, press the home button twice.
Step 2: Here you can see recently closed apps. Swipe all the apps up to close them forcely.

Solution 4 :- Reset All Settings
Resetting the all settings will reset your all customize settings to default settings, but no data or media will be deleted.
Step 1: First, launch the Settings app on your iPhone.
Step 2: Then scroll down to “General” and tap it.
