Solution 1 : Disable and Enable hey SIRI settings
- Launch settings app on your iPhone .
- Scroll down to “siri & search” and tap it
- Turn off “ listen for” “ Hey siri”, “ press side button for siri”, and “ allow siri when locked” .
- Restart your iPhone.
- Then turn on “ listen for “ Hey siri”. “press side button for siri” , and “allow siri when “ locked” .
- Now check whether hey siri is working or not .
Solution 2 : Turn off Sound Recognition
- Launch settings app on your iPhone.
- Scroll down to “accessibility” and tap it.
- Scroll down to “sound recognition” and tap it.
- Turn off “sound recognition”.

Solution 3 : Force Restart
- Press the volume up button and release it .
