When you are preparing a video and suddenly video gets stuck on preparing video on iPhone and your video gets interrupted then you can easily follow these below solutions to fix this issue and check.
Step 1: First recorded a video on your iPhone.
Step 2: Crop the unwanted borders from the video, by using “ edit” option.
Step 3: While preparing a video it got stuck at about 25%, and it doesn’t loaded.

We have to turn off the iCloud photos and used a different storage method .
Step 1: Go to “ settings”.
Step 2: Tap on your name and then select iCloud.
Step 3: Click photos in that and then toggle off the iCloud photos .
Once you change storage and disable icloud photos, then you wont get any issue and video stuck on iphone will be resolved.
If your iphone has less storage space then you need to delete unwanted videos or photos and delete junk files and free up space and then try.
Most of the time, this can be an issue with storage space also.
