Step 1: In windows search -> Search for control panel and open it.
Step 2: In control panel -> Click on System and Security and search for Mail in control panel search bar.
Step 3: Double click on Mail App
Step 4: Click on Email Accounts
Step 5: Select your microsoft outlook account from the list of email accounts and Click on Change on top.
Step 6: You can’t change password from here – your password should be changed where your email is hosted and use webmail and change the outlook of web hosted email account and by simply editing here on outlook here and changing password will not reflect or change password of your outlook hosting email account.
You can change the password if it asks you to update the password and if the password you enter here doesn’t match the password that you have set on your email hosting account (webmail) then it will not login to your outlook account.
