Laptop Can’t Connect to this Network Wi-Fi On Windows 10

1- Can’t Connect to this Network in Laptop Wi-Fi by Running Trobuleshooter

 Step 1: Click on start and click on gear button (settings option).

Step 2: Click on update and security.

Step 3: Select troubleshoot from left side panel in update and security settings.

Step 4: Now select network internet connections and click on it.

Step 5: Now click on Run the Troubleshooter.

Once you click on run the troubleshooter, windows will automatically detect the problem and will fix the issue of cant connect to this network in laptop.

2- Updating Network Drivers

Step 1: Right click on THIS PC and click on Manage.

Step 2: Click on Device Manger

Step 3: Open drop down network adapters and select your intel adaptor.

Step 4: Right Click on your wifi adapter and click on update drivers.

Step 5: Click on browse my computer, and set the path and choose the driver and click next to update network adapter drivers automatically.

Once network drivers gets updated you will not be facing any issue of cant connect to this network in laptop.

3- Command Prompt Commands:

Step 1: In windows search bar type cmd and run as administrator.

Step 2: In cmd type: netsh winsock reset catalog and hit enter, this will reset the winsock catalog.

Step 3: Now type: netsh int ip reset reset.log and hit enter.

Once windows successfully executes these above two commands, restart your computer and try to connect to wifi now you will be connecting to internet without any problem of cant connect to this network in laptop wifi.

4- Can’t Connect to this Network in Laptop Wi-Fi by DNS Settings:

Step 1: Right click on Network and click on properties.

Step 2: Click on Change Adaptor settings.

Step 3: Right click on your wifi and select properties.

Step 4: In WIFI properties select Internet protocal version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and Select properties.

Step 5: Now select option use the following DNS server address.

Step 6: In preferred DNS enter 8.8.8.8 and in Alternate DNS enter 8.8.4.4 and press ok.

Once you change dns server settings, your issue will be solved.
