On your windows 11 or 10 computer if you open photos app on your windows computer or select photos to open using windows photos and you are getting an error message “Files Have Properties That Can’t Be Read” then you can repair windows photos app and reset photos app and fix this issue.
You will get Files Have Properties That Can’t Be Read error on photos or video app if there are corrupted files or any issue with windows photos or video editor app or also due to file permission issue as well.
