System Restore: If you have created a restore point then only go with 1st option system restore will help you.

Step 4: Only clicking on Command Prompt will help you so click on Command Prompt.

Now you will be asked to choose an account to continue as Administrator or key.

Step 5: Click Administrator and enter password to continue.

Step 6: Now cmd – command prompt will be open from here go to C drive by typing C: and press enter.

Now what we are doing is restoring the registry here and we are going to revert that which changes have been done unintentionally or by the possible reasons which caused this error to its original state.

Step 10: Now type: CD RegBack -> In registry back folder you will see 5 folders that is – Default, SAM, Security, Software, System and these are the registry backups.

Step 11: Now type: CD.. (going back one step folder back to config folder and rename them and replace with regback folder files).

Make sure you are in config folder when renaming

Step 12: Now type: REN DEFAULT DEFAULT1

Step 13: Now type: REN SAM SAM1

Step 14: Now type: REN SECURITY SECURITY1

Step 15: Now type: REN SYSTEM SYSTEM1

Step 16: Now type: REN SOFTWARE SOFTWARE1

Now All the files in config has been renamed to respective files names as ren here we changed default to default 1 and etc.

Now copy the 5 files from RegBack folder to config folder.

Now go back to RegBack folder and copy files and type COPY * C:\windows\system32\config and press enter. Now all files are copied from RegBack folder to Config folder.

Now type exit, you will be prompted with a screen choose an option. Now click on turn off your pc  option.

Now it will restart your system and your operating system will load and it will start normally and now you can easily log into your system.
