4- You can run Task Manager from the Win + X administration menu. When in the Task Manager, click the Start-up tab, and here all of the apps that run at startup on your PC will be listed.

Step 4: Select the App which is having impact and toggle the button next to it and this will disable the app to run on windows startup.

Step 1: Right click on windows taskbar and click on Windows Power shell (admin).

Step 2: In Windows PowerShell Admin -> Enter Get-Service and hit enter and this will display all services here, find the service which are running.

Step 3: To stop windows startup using command prompt(PowerShell) -> Stop-Service -Name “servicename” and hit enter.

Note: You need to replace servicename with actual service name running in PowerShell.

Using Regedit (Registry Editor)

Step 1: Right click on windows taskbar and select run and enter regedit and open registry editor.

Step 2: Now, go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and click on startup programs here and change value data.
